- How to measure quantum yield of solution sample
- Shooting technical problem such as to eliminate re-excitation

• Hands on measurements with audience participation
  Calibration standards, and set up
  Calibration exercise
Sample set up, 2pi versus 4pi
  Absorption correction and effects
LED and SSL measurements: electrical, optical  and thermal
  LED vs. QTH lumen standards

The workshop will enable participants to:

• Understand the various optical properties of LEDs (radiometric, photometric, colorimetric)
• Perform measurements consistent with current standards and understand the trends
  in accepted methodology
• Specify measurement systems and conditions for LED measurement
• Identify and control critical parameters that affect accuracy
